Practical AI: Hands-On Help to Apply AI in Your Work and Life

Come join us for our second Practical AI Meetup — Wednesday, July 9 at 5:30 PM at Solarium in Midtown Houston.

As usual, we’ll kick things off with a quick refresher on AI basics (like how ChatGPT works) and then spend most of our time helping you figure out how to actually use these tools in your daily work or personal life.

Whether you’re new to AI or have been experimenting a bit, this is a relaxed and helpful session focused on action — no slides, no pressure. We’ll be walking around, offering 1-on-1 help or group support, and answering questions on the spot.

What to Expect:

• Basics of ChatGPT and AI tools (if you missed the first event)
• Hands-on guidance: bring your own questions, tasks, or goals
• Suggestions for tools based on what you want to accomplish
• Casual, helpful environment — come and go as you need

📍 Solarium – 820 Holman St, Houston, TX (valet parking at Solarium, also street and parking garage available)
🕠 5:30 PM to ~7:30 PM (drop in anytime)
🍻 Solarium offers drinks and food, ordered at bar
💻 Feel free to bring a laptop, tablet, or smartphone (wifi is not available sadly, so consider using your phone (or phones internet). Might have a solution for internet though.
