[Brass Tacks](https://brasstackshouston.com/) has coffee, other beverages, and food. (I've eaten there before—it's good!) There is a parking lot, but it could be full at any given time. (You might get lucky and grab a spot.) There is plenty of legal and free neighborhood parking, especially on Sundays. Still, watch signs and be careful where you park.
