We understand the motivations, fears, and challenges of our peers, and people who are one hierarchical level above or below our position, and are able to engage them in the Agile Transformation. This topic will explore how to gain an understanding of the motivations, fears, and challenges executive leaders to engage them in your Agile Transformation in a meaningful way. In the spirit of customer centricity, we'll also introduce real, live executive leaders with varying levels of Agile understanding to consider the Executive persona and customer journey.
