Join us for a 3-mile fast-paced walk designed to energize your body. Together, we’ll walk with purpose focusing on breath, rhythm, and connection to the present moment as we enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.

After completing our invigorating walk, we’ll gather for a picnic under the awning — sharing nourishing food, laughter, and good company. It’s a perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
