LINK Houston is continuing to lift up priorities from our 2025 rider survey. In June we talked about frequency, and reported it is once again the top concern of riders we surveyed. Frequency matters. This year a third of METRO's increased ridership came from just seven bus routes that became more frequent!

We are continuing this month with a focus on Reliability and how to advocate for a METRO budget that honors that. It matters whether your bus comes when you expect it to come. This Friday we will host our next Community Action Network (CAN+) meeting for advocates. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the upcoming METRO budget cycle, develop advocacy strategies, and get a preview of our upcoming 2025 Equity in Transit report.
