Bay Area Sierra Club Meeting: The State of Electric Vehicles

Bay Area meetings are on 3rd Wednesday of the month, and start at 6:30pm for social hour; speaker and discussion from 7-8:30 pm.

May Meeting Program: The State of Electric Vehicles with Dave Hanson, President of the Houston Electric Auto Association (HEAA).
The HEAA is a non profit (501 [c]3) organization of electric vehicle owners, hobbyists, educators and enthusiasts dedicated to promoting the use of electric vehicles (EV’s) as an environmental and energy alternative. HEAA is a chapter of the nationwide Electric Auto Association (EAA), and holds regular monthly meetings, public displays, car shows and “tech” sessions to exchange information.
Directions: Driving east on NASA Parkway, go past the stop light immediately beyond the Hilton. At the next stop light, turn left away from the lake into the park. It’s the building with the blue roof.
