January 18 Program:
An Overview of the Inflation Reduction Act: How this legislation addresses climate change and related environmental issues.

Mark Herranen will provide an overview of the main areas of the Inflation Reduction Act related to climate (which includes incentives for electric vehicles, production and investment tax credits for clean energy, regulations on methane emissions, nature-based solutions such as forestry and agriculture, and electrification of buildings and homes.

Bay Area meetings are on 3rd Wednesday of the month, and start at 6:30pm for social hour; speaker and discussion from 7-8:30 pm
