Agenda:
Welcome / Meet-n-Greet (5-10mins)
Presentation #1 (45mins)
Speaker: Rob Huffstedtler - Rob is currently the head of partner enablement and leader of the Partner Technical Advisor team at Sitecore. Before that, he spent 20+ years as an architect and tech lead at agencies and SIs, delivering content management and personalization projects on many of the platforms that enjoyed their time in the upper right hand corner of the Gartner MQ. His job (and passion) is to find implementation projects that are at risk and get the right folks involved to get them back on track.
Topic: Staying Alive (and Profitable): The Keys to Composable Project Success
Description: In the last 18 months, my team and I have provided guidance for over 300 projects where partners and customers implemented Sitecore's new composable products. Most went well. Some didn't. Learn how to identify, avoid, and fix the most common problems that put real world projects at risk of going over budget, missing their launch dates, and burning out their teams.
Presentation #2 (45mins)
Speaker: Michael West - Michael has been a member of the Sitecore community since 2013. First certified on Sitecore 6.6. He has received 9 MVP awards. Started contributing to SPE almost immediately. Michael lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife Rebecca, daughter Bella, and 3 dogs: Inky, Sassy, and Bubbles. Today he will be sharing features he built for SPE and Sitecore XM.
Title: Override and Delegate Access the Easy Way
Description: Michael shares how you can leverage SPE Delegated Access to give more power to users without making them Admins. Then learn more about a custom module to override access to any item on the fly.
