Group Policies:
The meetup waitlists tends to get a bit long due to the limitations the venues put on online reservations and the demand of members wanting to attend the meetups.
If you RSVP for an event you will be expected to reconfirm your RSVP at least a week before the event. I will send out a message and/or an email to ask everyone to reconfirm by a specific date. Non responses will be automatically moved to the “not going” list. Notifications should be turned on so that you receive these requests.
ONE no show/no communication is an immediate removal from the group. Three cancellations within the 24hr time period before an event starts will be an automatic removal from the group.
