Saturday Soccer Games

Starts at same time as Sunday evening games.

Meyerland Park is easily accessible-- SW 610, exit at Beechnut, stay on feeder street, turn right on Jason, proceed about 4 blocks, and look for school on left side.  See you there!

PLEASE BRING BOTH A WHITE AND A DARK SHIRT, FOR TEAM COLORS.  please bring both a white and dark shirt.

Weather advisories will not be posted on soccer games.    Games have been played in drizzle conditions.  As a rule of thumb, it's a 50/50 percent chance some drizzle occurs when an hour in advance of game forecasts a 40% chance of rain  You are advised that lightning can result in fatalities, so use your judgment. Also, if the ground is wet, it can be slick, so cleated shoes are suggested then.  It is unnecessary (indeed, it is more likely to hurt other players and yourself (the heel doesn't swivel wearing cleats, and quick turns then injure)) to play in cleats when ground is dry.

Additional players join us from other groups.
