Intro to Zero Knowledge Proofs

Hello Houstonians! Join us for another Ethereum meetup this year with an introduction to zero knowledge proofs. Zero knowledge proofs (ZKPs) are a category of cryptography that is helping to scale the Ethereum blockchain - providing more transaction throughput at a lower cost and provide privacy methods.

A combination of mathematical proofs and 'moon math' help to give ZKPs properties that provide a novel way of verifying computation. The Ethereum Foundaiton, startups and enterprises alike are now looking closely at zero knowledge proofs in building future decentralized applications.
