Who's going to Germany with me? (and other news)

Ok, now who's going to Germany with me?

Since last week, our very own President Obama has assured us that the sun will continue to rise every morning. So far, it looks like he is right about that. Other things we can be sure about? More German meetups!

You may have noticed that we're taking a little holiday pause with our meetups. Our last German meetup of 2016 will take place on Sunday afternoon, December 11th, location to be announced soon - to be posted on our online calendar.

Thanks to everyone who came out to experience Axelrad Biergarten with us a week and a half ago. We will have to return here when the weather turns nice again as everyone seemed to enjoy the festive atmosphere -- but perhaps a little earlier when it is a bit less crowded.

Then, in 2017, we will resume our usual meeting frequency of once every 2-3 weeks starting sometime in January after the winter holidays.

Cheers,
Charlie

P.S.  If you can't wait until the next German meetup, don't forget to visit Sonya's Stammtisch group to get some of your German speaking out of your system. They meet at noon every Saturday. Click here for all the deets: https://goo.gl/3WTI0i
