Tonight the Houston Socialist Discussion Group reviews one of Lenin's most important work, Imperialism: The Highest Stage of Capitalism. Originally published in 1916, Imperialism explains how colonialism and the First World War were inherent features of the global development of the capitalist economy. Special attention will be paid to how Lenin's theory of imperialism can be applied to today's global political climate.
