To celebrate the Wise Traditions Conference in late March we are having a traditionally prepared dinner meeting at Partners in Paleo.

Jeanette Pearson, owner/chef, will prepare a WAPF-style dinner with a Cajun Mardi Gras theme. The main course will be chicken etoufee with red beans and rice. Accompanying the meal will be sourdough bread made especially for our dinner and local, fermented sauerkraut. The price of the dinner & meeting is $20.00 per person and includes a dessert and tea or water.

There will be a discussion of the benefits of raw milk and samples to taste.

For those who don't eat gluten and dairy, a paleo option, probably roasted chicken, will be available. When you sign up, indicate if you want the paleo option.

Hope to see you there!
