~ Visiting the Ion Prototyping Lab in Houston ~
Park across Fannin Street from the Ion Houston in the parking lot at 4211 Fannin Street. Use that address in Google to visit the Ion and your journey will be simpler!
When Google says you are at 4211 Fannin Street, the parking lot will be to your left. Fannin is a one-way street, so the parking lot will definitely be to your left. The gate arm will open when you drive up!
PARK IN THE LOT TO YOUR LEFT...NOT YOUR RIGHT!!!
If you find yourself on Eagle Street, you did not go far enough down Fannin. Get back on Fannin and go 1/2 block past Eagle Street and turn left into the parking lot.
Parking is free for Houston Robotics Group attendees.
After parking, walk across Fannin street to the Ion Houston building. The doors will be locked. To the right of the front doors is a RED call button. Press it and tell the guard you are attending the Houston Robotics Group meeting and they will buzz you in.
It's like a secret club!
If you get lost, call Mike at: 575-447-8341
