My story: In the past my morning ritual consisted of having a cup of coffee before diving into my workload. But, I started to realized it made me more anxious, and what I was really searching for was a way to make me feel more focused. So I started researching teas, and now I have incorporated more tea into my daily routine and I noticed a drastic change in my mood and I feel a greater sense of peace.
Post Covid-19, I have wanted to connect more with people who share my interest as I explore ways to center my mind, and improve overall well-being. I created this group because when I talk Tea often times people negatively associate it with sophisticated tea parties BUT THIS AINT YO MAMAS tea party! So come as you are - I'm yanking the veil on all that foo foo prim and proper upper crust etiquette.
