Bike Ride +/- 16 miles Sims Bayou Milby Park to MLK

The Sims Bayou Hike and Bike Trail is near completion, only bit left is under SH288. This bike ride will take us from the eastern terminus west to MLK. Please see photos of where we meet - the beginning of the trail in Milby Park, should be clear. I’m 832 600 4678, can’t promise to hear it.

Have helmet and all necessary gear. Trail is all concrete. Most is flat, down and under street crossings and some natural swoops along the bayou. Mostly sunny, spots of shade. Scattered water fountains in some parks.

I am not a super speedy biker, I guess 9 - 10mph, depending on ups and downs. I have been known to curl up and whimper if facing steep inclines against the wind. No one will get lost, trail is obvious, out and back same way.
