Sunday Evening Holiday Hike thru Memorial Villages (6 Miles)

Join Houston Urban Trekkers for a Sunday evening walk through Memorial Villages. This is a high-end residential area. We will walk pass beautiful homes with holiday decorations!

NOTE: Kroger is no longer open, group meets next door at adjacent Baskin Robbins. Look for group standing in front of ice cream shop.

Excellent intact sidewalks throughout, some connecting trails are pea gravel, few stretches on roads. One short stretch is still a hard packed dirt road!

BRING a 🔦Flashlight. This hike begins & ends in the dark. Neighborhood has lamp posts but we will be walking thru some poorly lit areas.

Wear comfortable walking shoes~any supportive athletic type shoe will do. We will be walking on a concrete sidewalk.

Group keeps walking pace of 3miles/hr.

Do not bring your dog. Dogs not allowed @ any events hosted by Houston Urban Trekkers.
