Sisters,

I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed in my own life lately—traveling each week, doing work I love, pouring into others—and realizing how easy it is to keep going without ever really pausing to take care of myself.
So I’ve been practicing something simple: taking a moment to stop, breathe, and come back to myself.

And it’s made a difference.

This gathering is an invitation to do the same.
In lieu of our quarterly bookclub, join us tomorrow for a gentle, guided Pause for Peace—a virtual space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Together, we’ll move through light breath work, meditation, and quiet reflection.

This isn’t about doing anything perfectly. It’s about giving yourself a moment to reset… to regather your peace . . . and, if you feel called, to extend that peace outward—to someone you love, to someone who needs it, to the world.
Because when we take care of our own peace, we have more to give.

Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stretched, or simply in need of a moment to exhale, this space is for you.

Come as you are.

Date & Time:
Saturday, April 11
