If you're feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected from your inner spark, Reignite Your Fire is your invitation to come home to yourself. This nurturing yoga course is designed specifically for women who give so much to others that they’ve forgotten how to nourish themselves.
This course will help you rebalance your nervous system and release chronic stress and. restore healthy flow and vitality to your reproductive and hormonal systems. With practices you can return to long after the course ends, supporting you to reclaime your right to rest, joy and self-care.#### Course Structure
Each 2-hour session every 2 weeks is like a mini-retreat, with a therapeutic approach to yoga that includes time to share experiences and receive tailoured support.
- Bespoke yoga practices that are attuned to your natural cycles and energy levels, including dynamic and restorative postures, breathwork and meditation
- A sharing circle at the beginning of the session, where we explore a particular theme on burnout. Full permission to share, full permission to remain silent
- Guidance and tips on healing from, or avoiding burnout - from someone with over 10 years of experience
- Relaxing yoga nidra to settle your nervous system, so you can press the ‘reset’ button and hold powerful intention for how you may go forth after the practice.
Throughout the course, we’ll also work closely with women’s reproductive cycles and life phases — from menstruation to menopause and beyond — recognising that burnout can deeply affect these natural rhythms, and that imbalances in the body can often be both a cause and a consequence of chronic exhaustion. You'll learn to honour your body’s signals, work with your cyclical nature rather than against it, and cultivate a relationship with your health that is rooted in self-compassion and awareness.
This course is for you if:
