What we’re about
Fighting Well: Finding Your Voice Through Conflict is a practical, creative workshop that utilises drama-based techniques (like repetition and role-play) and reflective exercises to help you find clarity, speak with confidence, and stay grounded in moments of tension.
It’s not about learning a perfect formula, but about carving out space to reflect, move, and try new ways of expressing ourselves — especially when tension is high.
We will:
Explore the common thinking traps and emotional patterns that keep us stuck in conflict
Work with a short fictional script to role-play, reflect on, and reimagine a difficult interaction
Practice finding the words we often lose in moments of pressure or emotional charge
Drawing on over 10 years’ experience working in the arts and education as a facilitator, assistant director, mentor and consultant, Nadège creates a supportive, playful space to explore emotional intelligence, boundary-setting, and voice.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to get better at handling conflict — but especially you if:
You find it hard to voice your concerns without guilt or fear
You tend to fall at one end of the communication spectrum — too passive or too forceful
You avoid conflict and, in doing so, lose relationships or compromise your needs
You struggle to set boundaries or stay grounded when things get tense
