Could you use more presence, confidence, and joy in your life?

Join us for a free mindfulness meditation session where we'll explore these topics and how mindfulness meditation can help shift our awareness and identity to a place of joy, power and balance. Participants of all ages and experience levels are welcome, and may bring a guest.

In this one hour session, we will:

  1. Cover the basics of mindfulness meditation so you have a strong fundamental understanding that will help establish a regular practice
  2. Participate in a 20-minute, mindfulness meditation session guided by Adil Najmuddin
  3. Cap it off with a Q&A session

About Adil:
Adil Najmuddin has been an avid meditation practitioner for over five years. Struggling with depression, anxiety and low self-esteem since his teenage years, he's been able to transform his personal obstacles into greater joy, harmony and balance through a daily meditation practice. Knowing the challenges, misconceptions, and the wonderful benefits associated with establishing a consistent meditation practice, Adil will lead this free mindfulness meditation session.
