--ADMISSION FOR THIS EVENT COSTS ONE OF THE FOLLOWING--
- A food or cleaning item (canned tuna, rice, pasta, instant potatoes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and laundry deterrent are items in great demand). Items will be donated anonymously to Second Harvest Heartland, which are then distributed to American children, families, and seniors in need.
- $5.00. Every dollar will go towards advancing mindfulness meditation education across corporate, community and education sectors.

Join us for a free mindfulness meditation where we'll explore these topics and how mindfulness meditation can expand our everyday awareness to a place of joy, power and fulfillment. Participants ages 10+ and of all experience levels are welcome, and may bring a guest.
In this one hour session, we will:
- Cover the basics of mindfulness meditation so you have a deep, fundamental understanding that will help you establish a regular practice
- Participate in a 20-minute, mindfulness meditation session guided by Adil Najmuddin
- Cap it off with a Q&A session
About Adil:
Adil Najmuddin has been an avid meditation practitioner for over five years. Struggling with depression, anxiety and low self-esteem since he was a teenager, he's been able to transform his personal obstacles into greater joy, harmony and balance through a daily practice of meditation. Knowing the challenges, misconceptions, and the wonderful benefits associated with establishing a consistent meditation practice, Adil will lead this mindfulness meditation session.
