This month's topic will be using dynamic pricing to maximize your revenue by understanding market conditions and competitor pricing and understanding how to use discounts based on different scenarios. We will also provide you with a handout to take home with all our best tips on dynamically pricing your Airbnb.

This meetup is being hosted by Peter Firehock and Brian Redway. Brian Redway is a seasoned Airbnb Property Manager with 70 units under management nationwide. Brian started managing properties in Old Town Alexandria back in 2021, and now also runs a private 1 on 1 coaching program for Airbnb hosts, as well as the author of Beyond the Booking: Mastering Short-Term Rental Management.
