This meetup is being hosted by Peter Firehock and Brian Redway. Brian and Peter, founders of BNB Asset Advisors, are committed to helping Airbnb hosts reclaim their time while ensuring their properties remain safe and profitable. By streamlining day-to-day operations, optimizing bookings, prioritizing the guest experience, and implementing top-tier safety measures, they provide peace of mind for hosts.

Brian Redway is a seasoned Airbnb Property Manager with 70 units under management nationwide. Brian started managing properties in Old Town Alexandria back in 2021, and now also runs a private 1 on 1 coaching program for Airbnb hosts, as well as the author of Beyond the Booking: Mastering Short-Term Rental Management.

Peter Firehock is a lifelong resident of Alexandria Virginia, dedicated to giving back to his community. Peter recently graduated from Old Dominion University with a BBA in Real Estate Finance. and now works as an investment-focused realtor with BPG Residential and an Acquisitions & Capital Markets Associate with BPG Holdings, which is an investment fund that buys Multifamily in Virginia and Washington D.C., and Airbnb properties across the East Coast.
