Buying Airbnbs and Midterm Rentals with Creative Financing

Join us for our monthly networking event at Chadwicks in Old Town Alexandria, where we come together to create relationships and share our experience and knowledge to create meaningful connections within our community and gain valuable insights into the best strategies for buying and managing Airbnbs.

This month's topic will be on buying Airbnbs using creative financing strategies such as Subject To and Seller Financing. We will have guest speakers Stacy Thomas and Ja'el Thomas who will provide great insights into how to structure and execute on creative financing deals. Stacy Thomas is the regional leader for Pace Morby's SubTo Community in the DMV, as well as a seasoned real estate investor with 170 doors and the CEO of Eminent Estates. Ja'el Thomas is also a seasoned real estate professional, with over 70 doors, the Chief Financial Officer for Eminent Estates, and a real estate agent with a specialty in finding and executing Subject To real estate deals.

This meetup is being hosted by Peter Firehock and Brian Redway. Brian Redway is a seasoned Airbnb Property Manager with 70 units under management nationwide. Brian started managing properties in Old Town Alexandria back in 2021, and now also runs a private 1 on 1 coaching program for Airbnb hosts, as well as the author of Beyond the Booking: Mastering Short-Term Rental Management.

Peter Firehock is a lifelong resident of Alexandria, Virginia, and currently works as an Acquisitions Associate for BPG Holdings, a real estate investment fund based in Old Town Alexandria targeting multifamily, office, and retail properties. Peter is also an investment focused realtor in D.C., MD, and VA, with a BBA in Real Estate Finance.
