The Short Term Rental Loophole: How to Execute a Cost Segregation Analysis

Details
Are you interested in breaking into the world of real estate investing through short-term rental properties or optimizing your current Airbnb? Join us for our monthly networking event on Zoom, where this month Isaac Weinberger from Madison Specs will be explaining the Short Term Rental Loophole and how to execute a Cost Segregation Study to maximize your tax write-offs using this strategy.
Cost segregation is the strategic allocation of a property's costs into shorter depreciation periods, accelerating tax deductions for real estate investors. Isaac's expertise in this field has proven to be an invaluable asset to his clients, allowing them to offset more than $200,000,000 in tax liabilities, making a significant impact on their financial bottom line.
This meetup is being hosted by Peter Firehock and Brian Redway. Brian Redway is a seasoned Airbnb Property Manager with 70 units under management nationwide. Brian started managing properties in Old Town Alexandria back in 2021, and now also runs a private 1 on 1 coaching program for Airbnb hosts, as well as the author of Beyond the Booking: Mastering Short-Term Rental Management.
Peter Firehock is a lifelong resident of Alexandria, Virginia, and currently works as an Acquisitions Associate for BPG Holdings, a real estate investment fund based in Old Town Alexandria targeting multifamily, office, and retail properties.
