This Meetup Group aims to educate and sensitize company owners, to be owners, successors or people interested in the topic about how to exit one's business.

Points that are the subject of this series:

Company transactions can be complex, so it is important to think about them at an early stage, make preparations and take action. Different expectations have to be reconciled - this takes time, because every company is unique, as are its challenges.
