a dangerous place.

Do you sometimes feel afraid, out of control, stressed or anxious? Thus affecting your confidence, self-esteem, relationships and ultimately stopping you from being happy.

This Meetup is aimed at giving you some simple tips that you can easily apply to yourself and your life to help you prevent and reduce any anxiety that you are feeling and put you on a path to self-improvement and good mental health.

After the meeting, if you wish, you will have the option to consult with a mental health expert for free.
