Most of us know this moment.

You see an attractive stranger in a store, on the street, or in a bar.
You notice them.
Your heart starts beating faster.
Something inside you whispers: “Just say hi.”

And then the mind takes over.

“Today is not the day.”
“I can’t leave my friends right now.”
“What will people think of me?”
“This is not socially accepted.”
Or even:
“This person might get angry and hit me.”

So you don’t move. You gasp for air.
And the moment passes.

This group exists to help you start listening to your heart again, instead of your fear.

The intention of this group, and the exercises we will do together, is not about getting laid with as many people as one can and it’s not about performing.

It goes much deeper than that.

I want you to become aware of the patterns that may be completely paralyzing you from stepping into your power and showing up as your authentic, every loving self.

By putting yourself out there, you will feel things.
Some of them might be uncomfortable.
Feeling is the only way to evolve.

Growth does not happen without meeting fear.
And the reward on the other side of fear is always love.

Because that is what you are.
A being of pure love.
Nothing needs to be added , you only need to allow yourself to flow and you will feel it.
