Just as it sounds. This is a practical class on how to walk in high heels! I coach the class in technique, strength, and balancing exercersizes in order to improve grace and safety when walking in high heels. This includes how to look great sitting down, standing up, and walking up/down stairs. If there's time toward the end of class we'll also practise some basic dancing.
