Who are Casey and Matthew?

Casey McKenzie, Real Estate Broker
Casey has been helping buyers and sellers across King and Snohomish County achieve their home buying and selling needs since 2018, and works in close partnership with her firm’s founder, Bill Bastine (successfully serving clients for nearly three decades!).
Casey grew up in Sammamish and graduated from the University of Washington. Her previous work includes the award-winning documentary on international children’s rights for orphaned and vulnerable children.

Her outgoing personality and strong communication skills make her a master negotiator and problem solver for every real estate need. In her spare time, Casey enjoys serving at her church and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in foster care, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Matthew Darren Wall, Mortgage Loan Originator
Matthew Wall is a Licensed Loan Originator serving the Puget Sound area from Olympia to Seattle to Everett, as well as the rest of Washington State.

Matthew began his career in lending first as Loan Processor in 2019. He then became the Production Manager for his branch and was personally responsible for processing and funding over $40M in loan volume in 2020. Matthew became a Loan Originator in 2021 and is currently located at NFM Lending in Lynnwood, WA.

Matthew is highly sought after for good reason. His experience with underwriting and funding loans has made him skilled at structuring all types of loans including residential, conventional, investment, FHA, VA, and USDA.

His relationships are the result of trust built over time. Matthew prides himself in providing a personal experience with each client. His focus on clear and consistent communication throughout the loan process allow his clients, realtors and investors to have peace of mind.
Matthew is dedicated to delivering an experience that exceeds expectations, provides confidence and closes on time, every time.

Matthew is passionate about teaching and dedicates time to teach homebuyer classes, real estate investment guidance, VA loan classes, budgeting and personal finance seminars as well as leadership training and personal development seminars.
