Introduction to Couples Creative Arts Psychotherapy

Details
Save the date! Join us on Saturday, July 29th from 2-4pm at Effra Space London for an Introduction to Couples Creative Arts Psychotherapy workshop, led by Dan and Kathy.
This two-hour workshop is designed to provide a safe and supportive space where couples can explore the dynamics of their relationship and gain a better understanding of their relational patterns.
During the workshop, Dan and Kathy will guide participants through exercises to explore their attachment style and how it plays out in their relationship. Participants will also have the opportunity to gain insight into the impact of life experiences and trauma on their relationship.
Dan and Kathy have many years of experience working creatively and psycho-dynamically and systemically with individuals and couples. In this workshop, they will provide collective exercises using the body and movement, as well as the opportunity to express oneself with voice, song, percussion and stories. Role-play and movement enactments will be offered to explore life experiences.
There will be time for small group and large group reflective conversations, and although the sessions will be pre-planned, Dan and Kathy will also honour being in the moment and respond to the life and energy of the group.
This workshop is an excellent opportunity to meet other couples, have fun, and gain a better understanding of your relationship dynamics. Don't miss out on this fruitful experience! :)
