Explore the Tomoka Basin - Bulow Creek State Park Historic Ruins

For the month of February, Halifax river Audubon will be exploring sections of Tomoka and Bulow Creek State Parks. The historic Bulow Plantation Ruins are located in Flagler County on Bulow Creek. The property also features a hiking trail through mixed forest. John James Audubon visited this location and this image is believed to have been sketched at this location. Who doesn't want to see the Tell-Tale Snipe? well, maybe a Greater Yellowlegs.

Prepare for a trail walk - sturdy shoes, sun screen, bug spray, hat, optics, camera, snacks if needed. Monitor conditions. There may be some wet and muddy spots after rains.
