PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE - WORDS OF WISDOM FROM A REAL HOUSING INSPECTOR

Join us on for our May Landlord Lunch & Learn where we will be joined by a City of Norfolk Code Specialist, James Littlepage. Inspector Littlepage works both as a Codes Enforcement Specialist, and also serves as the inspector for the Rent Ready Norfolk program. Inspector Littlepage will share preventive maintenance tips that all homeowners should follow to avoid the high costs of deferred maintenance. If you have specific questions you would like addressed, feel free to add them to the comments section of this event and we will make sure those questions get to Inspector Littlepage so he can be prepared to answer them.

Sweetwater Cuisine is a catering company who is opening up their venue to our group. They are known for their amazing culinary skills and will be serving us a buffet lunch for an all inclusive price of $19/person, which will include the space, meal, tax and tip. Please note: EVERYONE WHO ATTENDS MUST PAY FOR LUNCH, WHETHER YOU EAT OR NOT. This is the only way we can keep this a free club.

All menus include soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Use of the space is included in the cost per person.
