Impact of COVID on Landlords. What Happened and What Do We Do From Here

Join us for our first in person educational lunch & learn after a long hiatus due to COVID. On Wednesday, August 4 we will meet for lunch and education at our regular meeting place at Sweetwater Cuisine in Virginia Beach. As you know, our landlord tenant law and order changes have been constant, and landlords are having to navigate both national, state, and city level orders and legislation. At this meeting we will discuss what happened to get us where we are today, what the current situation is, where we are likely headed, and what action we as landlords can take to influence any future legislation that affects our industry.

Our speaker at this event will be Tyler Craddock,Landlord Lobbyist Extraordinaire, VP of Government Affairs at Legislative Strategies Group, Governmental Affairs Director at National Association of Residential Property Managers, and Executive Director of Manufactured Housing Communities of Virginia.

They are known for their amazing culinary skills and will be serving us a buffet lunch for an all inclusive price of $20/person, which will include the space, meal, tax and tip. Please note: EVERYONE WHO ATTENDS MUST PAY FOR LUNCH, WHETHER YOU EAT OR NOT. This is the only way we can keep this a free club.

All menus include soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Use of the space is included in the cost per person.
