RSVPs are closed so the cateror can be paid, but YOU CAN STILL ATTEND. The price will be $30 at the door, which covers the venue, salad, meal, beverage, and desert.

Larry Pendelton is a real estate investor and CPA with a passion for adding value to fellow investors through tax consulting and accounting services. His mission is to help people achieve financial freedom through real estate investing and tax strategies.
Larry has been a CPA for over 8 years and has over a decade of tax consulting & preparation, accounting, auditing and bookkeeping experience. His 5 person team of tax and accounting professionals services 200+ progessionals in real estate.
Larry is also an active investor, currentinly owning 9 properties with 51 units. He has experience in buy and hold, corporate housing, short-term rentals, and flips. He has stakes in rental syndications and joing ventures across the US.
We are requiring pre-payment when you RSVP of $25 to cover the cost of the meal and payment processing. You can still come without an RSVP, but the cost will be $30 at the door. We will provide Sweetwater with a list of prepaids.
EVERYONE WHO ATTENDS MUST PAY FOR LUNCH, WHETHER YOU EAT OR NOT. This is the only way we can keep this a free club.
IF YOU HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES OR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE CONTACT SWEETWATER CUISINE DIRECTLY AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT AND THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE WITH EITHER OUR MENU OR AN ACCOMMODATING MEAL.
All menus include soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Use of the space is included in the cost per person.
