The fraud in the rental arena today is off the chart! For as little as $4, applicants can buy fake paystubs, fake bank statements, and fake tax returns. It is no longer enough to just see income documents. These days we need to confirm that this income was actually received by the applicant. Applicant's are stealing identities and applying as different people.
