Ted Colna, CPA and Partner with Zukerman & Associates, will share tax saving strategies specific to real estate investors at our January lunch & learn. Ted will focus on where he sees the most missed opportunities and recent tax law changes. He will also discuss 1099 requirements, entity type, QBI, PTET, and SALT caps. We always leave time for Q&A, so bring your latest challenges to get ideas from Ted and your fellow landlords.

Please note: EVERYONE WHO ATTENDS MUST PAY FOR LUNCH, WHETHER YOU EAT OR NOT. This is the only way we can keep this a free club. The venue provides us a beautiful space and AV equipment all for the cost of our lunch.
