Building a (web) application in the Final Tagless style

Recent hype in the Scala community revolving around the Pure FP programming style prompted me to try and build an application using the Final(ly) Tagless style. This talk will go over some of that experience.

We will cover:

• building an application with Http4s library
• some DDD tactical patterns (or, in general, implementing some advice from Uncle Bob's Clean Code)
• persistence using Doobie
• some category theory concepts that you will inevitably encounter when using libraries built on the Cats (or Scalaz) ecosystem.
