Do you relate to Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS)? Want to hang out with like-minded people? Not sure but want to find out more? Feel free to share your experiences or just come and listen.

This meet up's theme will be: HSP x "Does Psychotherapy work?"

Meet up has a semi-structured format:
- Arrivals, grab drinks and get settled down/make ourselves comfortable.
- A short introduction about the Meet Up and HSP.
- Then a little ice-breaker round. We'll go into the topic.
- A little break, and after that it's free flow chat!

- Traits of the HSP:

  • D - Depth of processing (do you deeply analyse in some situations?)
  • O - Overstimulation (do you get exhausted easily?)
  • E - Emotional reactivity (do you get affected by other people's moods?)
  • S- Sensing the subtle (did you also notice the missing "space" between the S and -?)

Feel free to grab some refreshments or drinks from the bar (not obligatory!)

Please note this event duration is between 60-90 minutes. If you're tired and/or overstimulated, please don't feel obligated to stay and feel free to say your goodbyes earlier on. And of course, feel free to stay longer!

Towards the end of the meet up, you will also be invited to join a WhatsApp Community group, where you can join/organise random hangouts within the community.
