Many people understand their patterns very well and still find themselves returning to the same stress responses, emotional loops, or inner tension.

This event is about understanding why, from both a psychological and spiritual context.

The impact of this session is directly related to how willing you are to question familiar perspectives and expand your way of thinking.
Clarity, is the focus.



What we’ll explore

Together, we’ll look at:
• how stress and emotional holding are connected
• why control often creates a sense of safety
• how identity shapes recurring stress patterns
• why understanding is a necessary foundation before change becomes possible

The intention is to create orientation, a more accurate map of what’s actually happening beneath the surface.

The format unfolds in two connected parts:

1. A structured input (~30 minutes)
A focused talk introducing the mechanics behind stress, control, and emotional holding.

2. A live conversation round
Reflection, questions, and shared perspectives.

Both parts belong together and form the full experience.

This event is built around shared presence and dialogue.

I’m not speaking at an audience. I’m speaking with the people in the room.

For that reason, camera on is part of the format. Seeing each other is essential for the quality of the conversation.

Listening, reflecting, and actively participating are core elements of this session.
