The logical mind tries to help us deal with daily life events, but the stress overload of current life overwhelms the nervous system. We are going to dive into the tense body sensations and practice some somatic moves that reduce stress, shift the brain neurons and promote well being. Ready for some freedom.

I'm changing the time this week and for future meetings to accomodate others. Time for fun, sharing and loving your nerves back into balance.
