What we’re about
Welcome to the HSP Hub page. We look to welcome you to one of our online and, in the future, in-person events around Brighton and London. This group was previously know as the Centre for High Sensitivity, which is no longer running.
The HSP Hub provides you with more information about being born with the temperament of High Sensitivity. Our aim is to develop your understanding of your trait and how to create a life that works for you, for your wellbeing and not against it. Empowering you to live your best life with fulfilling relationships.
We share information, inspiration and experiences through our regular meetings. They provide a great opportunity for you to meet with other HSPs, as we are only 15-20% of the population.
Josh Pipe took over leading this group in December 2024. He has been involved with supporting young people's mental health in paid and volunteering capacities since 2015, across the private and public sectors.
Although he does not have formal training in counselling, Josh is a highly sensitive person himself, and is looking to organise meetings where all participants feel that they can connect with other HSPs on a peer level.
Josh has completed courses in safeguarding, as well as in education & training. Previously he worked in IT support, local government, and the Civil Service.
This could be the group that you have been searching for, where you feel like you belong.
