This class is designed to take the intimidation out of the process, showing you how a few simple techniques can turn a humble batter into a gourmet meal.

## What We’ll Master

Instead of standing over a stove for two hours, we’ve designed a flow that lets everyone learn, prep, and cook without the rush.

  • The Perfect Batter: Learn the "blender method" for a silk-smooth consistency
  • The Swirl Technique: We will practice the wrist motion needed to get that paper-thin, edge-to-edge finish using a standard non-stick pan.
  • Sweet vs. Savory: We’ll explore "The Flip" and how to transition from a classic ham-and-cheese galette to a decadent dessert crepe.

## Class Flow

  • The Prep: Help me create the batter and cut toppings.
  • The Demo: I’ll show you the heat management and flipping techniques on the main stove.
  • The Rotation: We’ll rotate through the "Crepe Station" in pairs, so everyone gets hands-on time at the burner to cook their own stack.
  • The Feast: We’ll end the session by sitting down together to enjoy our creations with a custom toppings bar.
