### Querying SharePoint Data in Power BI – Options & Performance
- Date & Time: Tuesday, September 15, 2026 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM CT
- Format: VIRTUAL ONLY
- How to join: RSVP at Event Brite here > Event Brite Link
Session Details:
Do you rely on SharePoint data for your Power BI reports? Are dataset refreshes from SharePoint painfully slow?
In this ~1-hour session, John will review the ways to connect to SharePoint from Power BI and share techniques to improve refresh performance — including approaches that work in GCC High and DoD tenants.
This session is designed around standard Power BI licensing — Premium is not required. If you want faster SharePoint-backed
reports without adding extra licenses, this one is built for you.
Note: This presenter will be joining us remotely.
