Mobile Web DevCon is now in its fourth installment and coming to Boston for a 3 day conference! This conference is being organized, and hosted by GSMI-Global Strategic Management. HTML5 Boston is excited to be a part of this effort by being a media-partner for the event. Bear is also responsible for organizing hackathons and other developer outreach. If you want to organize a Facebook meetup, she wants to hear from you.

Joe Huang is responsible for outbound product management of Oracle's Mobile Application Development Framework (ADF Mobile), which is part of Oracle's Fusion Middleware and Enterprise Application platform. Joe has more than 20 years of experience in the High Technology field, and has been in the enterprise mobile application field in the last 10 years. Joe joined Oracle through the Siebel acquisition in 2006, where he was part of Siebel's platform product management team. Prior to Siebel, Joe was with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), leading various development teams in creating innovative solutions for leading companies of the world. Joe received a MS and BS degree in Industrial Engineering from University of California, Berkeley in the early 1990's, and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
