With the launch of its new 5‑Year Strategic Plan, the Henrico Economic Development Authority has outlined a clear and ambitious vision for strengthening the county’s economy for all. The plan focuses on:

- Entrepreneurship and small‑business development
- Site readiness and strategic infrastructure investment
- Deep collaboration with County Government and regional partners
