A Practical Session for Staying Grounded in the Job Search
The job search can feel exhausting—so much of the process is outside our control. We network, apply, interview…and then wait. This session focuses on how to keep moving forward by letting go of the outcome of any single action and staying centered during the ups and downs of the search.

We’ll also address a growing challenge for job seekers: scam recruiters. These scams target people in vulnerable moments, but they can be recognized and avoided. We’ll discuss how to spot red flags, how to report scams, and how to move on without letting them derail your confidence or momentum.
