A FREE 75 min class in Latin dances including Salsa & Bachata with demo's in Merengue and Cumbia as well. Get a taste of each dance! Please only register for one of the 3 dates available to allow others to participate. To participate you must each register first here, you will be sent a reminder 24 hrs prior. Please bring a clean pair of shoes for your in person class. The classes that will be available this semester are Latin Dance Program / Salsa Lev 1 / Bachata lev 1 / Salsa & Cumbia lev 1 / Latin Combo SCHEDULE OF DANCE FOR FREE IN-PERSON SESSION -30 min each in the following order. Bachata Salsa Last 15 min wil have demonstrations in Merengue and Cumbia and discussions of how the classes are layed out. note: Please must bring a clean pair of shoes. No outdoor shoes. Flats or Latin heel for ladies, dress shoes or shoes with no or little tread. Needs sole to swivel easy.

#### ETOWN SALSA DANCE TEAMS

We are assembling Salsa & Bachata teams to get some fantastic training and put on some great choreographies for local Edmonton parties, charities, festivals and other functions and ultimately journeying to an international dance event globally to perform and take workshops along with some great parties! This will require a combination of team practice and team training. We welcome all levels and if you require more training, we provide a training program designed to get you up to speed as well.

#### TIME & COMMITMENT

In terms of times you need to be available, we recommend someone with an 9-5 job and weekends free. Team practice times will depend on availability of the group once selected. (Past years have been on the weekends or weeknights for intermediate (2nd yr) level groups). We plan to get together 90 min a week to start for the first few months to train and then as routines enter, you will add on practice times to rehearse. Also you are eligible to assist in ETOWN SALSA regular dance classes to brush up techniques and in addition you will get more advanced level classes to help you practice more.

ETOWN SALSA is looking for enthusiastic, committed, hard working individuals to join one dance team to perform and display this beautiful dances we all call SALSA & BACHATA!
